Sarah's in Sydney

After Tasmania, Sarah and I couldn't wait for a relaxing day in Manly. Our first day back in Sydney, we spent the morning relaxing by the pool. After grabbing some lunch, we rented some snorkeling gear and headed towards Shelley Beach. We spent the afternoon looking at fish and sea urchins! We ended up making dinner for David before heading to Max Brenner for some chocolate. =)



The next day, we headed into the city. Our first stop was the significant other's lunch at Doyle's in Watson's Bay. Luckily Sarah was able to join in for free! The food and view were pretty amazing. Sarah and Nicole enjoyed the view from the restaurant.


Back on the pier, we took a photo of Doyle's Restaurant before heading back into the city.


After lunch, we walked around the Rocks and took some fun photos.


Finally, we met up with David and headed to the Opera! We went to watch La Boheme and took this illegal photo.


During intermission, we were able to catch some nighttime photos with the city as a background.


The opera was very good! It was my first opera ever and it was great to watch La Boheme since the storyline of Rent is based off of the opera. Thanks Sarah for suggesting to go! On our way home, Sarah captured this excellent photo of the Opera house.

Hopefully, I'll be able to get our aquarium photos up tomorrow! David's parents are in town, so we've been spending the days with them exploring Sydney and celebrating David's birthday.
